Refund and Cancellations Policy

Refund Policy:

No Services rendered by RACKSREADY are eligible for a refund. Prepayments and account credit are ineligible to be refunded, or transferred to alternate accounts. Any and all charge disputes must be reported directly to RACKSREADY within thirty (30) days of the date which the charge originally occurred.

If a charge which is deemed valid by RACKSREADY, and validated by our Terms of Service , 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Any customer who cancels or terminates services within 30 days of initial service activation, or within 30 days of an automatic account renewal, is entitled to a full refund equal to the amount charged for the service.

All one-time setup fees are non-refundable. For cancellation or termination requests received after 30 days of service activation, or received after 30 days of an automatic account renewal, no refunds will be given.

  • Programming and Extended Support Charges. Amounts billed for consulting, application programming, extended support or other charges above and beyond normal hosting fees are not refunded.
  • Violations of Terms and Conditions. In the event that the we suspend or terminate service due to violation of our Terms of Use, we do not issue a refund.
  • Refund wherever applicable, will be issued automatically in 30 days from the date of receipt and credit of money from customer in our bank account.
  • If refund is not received by the customer within 30 days from the date of credit of money from customer in our bank account, or if the customer is not satisfied with the resolution, the customer may raise a concern and get the Complaint Ticket generated by calling at our call center.
  • Any advance paid by the customer would be first adjusted against outstanding dues if any.
  • In any case, liability of RACKSREADY is only restricted to payment received by RACKSREADY. We shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequent liability arising whatsoever.

The services written below are under refund guarantee for announced time period.

Hosting services: Linux, windows and video hosting services are under refund guarantee without a question for 7 days by starting date.

Renting of VPS / VPS servers: All of server rentals are under refund guarantee without a question for 1 days by registration date.

VoIP Credits: There is no refund guarantee for VoIP / online voice services.

Design / Programming , development services: There is no refund guarantee for web design, programming and consultancy services.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

Dedicated Server, Domain and Licensing services is not guaranteed a refund.

We are so sure that you would have no reasons to be unhappy that we offer a satisfaction guaranteed policy for our clients. In the rare event of you not being happy, you can ask for a complete refund from us. All you have to do is email us asking for a refund, and we would refund the whole amount back with you. NO questions asked.

All we ask is that following conditions being met before asking of refund.

Refunds request would only be entertained at the design stage of the website & product development. If you sign off on the designs and then choose to ask for a refund, then any transaction processing fees incurred will not be refunded. Any expenses (specifically asked to be incurred by the client), apart from our fees, would not be refunded.

Cancellations Policy

RACKSREADY requires a 30 days notice of cancellation prior to the billing renewal date for the upcoming billing cycle, submitted via support ticket.

A 30 day notice before the upcoming billing date is also required for any downgrades.

Any cancellation of services must be requested by using the service cancellation form. The cancellation form requires some security identification information that must match what is on file in your billing account . For your protection to ensure services are not incorrectly cancelled, cancellation requests by other means will not be accepted. For any cancellation request, we require at least 24 hour’s notice prior to the actual date of cancellation. All client data will be destroyed immediately after the cancellation date. If the notice of cancellation is not provided within 30 days, the server will still be canceled however a termination fee of $20 will be applied to the account and must be paid within 15 days to avoid full account suspension.

Official RACKSREADY Resellers may cancel their servers up to twenty-four (24) hours after the server's billing renewal date. After twenty-four (24) hours, the server can still be requested to be canceled by the reseller, however the termination fee of $20 will be applied to the account and must be paid within 15 days to avoid full account suspension.
